In-store Return and Exchange Policy

We have 14 days exchange or in-store credit on the items bought from the store provided the items are not worn, used and are returned in original condition with packaging and the sale receipt. Items which are marked clearance, discounted more than 20% off regular price and final sale stamped articles are not returnable.

Online Return Policy for articles bought from Macey’s Sports website. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable including original shipping and any handling cost. We will offer exchanges only if the items are returned within 14 days of the receipt of original product provided the articles are not worn , used and are returned in original condition with original packaging. Shipping for the return of the article will be borne by the customer. Items which are marked clearance and final sale are non returnable and non refundable.

Any products which are customised for Logo and other printing are non refundable or exchangeable without any exception. Please do not return or attempt to return any item which does not qualify for return lest it will not be refunded.

If the item is lost or damaged during transit , please inform us with in 5/6 days of date of shipment and we will be more than happy to file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to correct the situation.

Defective Product Policy

Most products sold through Macey’s Sports are brand name products which are warrantied from manufacturing defects by the Manufacturer itself. Customers in need of warranty on a product must contact the manufacturer directly as most manufacturer offer customer support directly. Any replacements under manufacturers warranty can be authorized by the manufacturer only.

Shoes/Cleats not considered Defective: Loose threads, colour fading, small gaps between outsole and the shoe upper, cracked leather, scratches, shoes used on the surfaces other than designated by manufacturer, torn laces. Most shoes are not warrantied if used on gravel fields.

Goalkeeper Gloves are not considered defective if there is colour fading, worn out palms even after first few uses, scratches, rips or tear not on seam, broken finger protection. Palm and foam have no warranty.
